No, currently it does not.

Currently, it does not send notification when a product is about to expire. We have planned it for the future versions.

Can the plugin automatically create a Renewal Order?

No, it does not.

Can I set different renewal prices for subsequent orders?

Currently, the same renewal price will apply on each renewal. The feature for different renewal price for each renewal is planned for the future versions.
