How to Reorder WooCommerce Product Variations in the admin view?

Smart Manager plugin allows you to re-order product variations for admin purposes (i.e. your customers will not see this change) using the ‘Menu Order’ column.

Follow the below steps to manage product variations order using the ‘Menu Order’ field in the Smart Manager grid:

  1. Go to the Smart Manager dashboard. From the navigation bar at the top, open the dashboard combo box.
  2. Select Products dashboard from the drop down.
  3. You can use Inline Edit or Bulk Edit functionality to update the Menu Order.

  4. To update the same field using Inline Edit, ensure it is visible in the grid. If it’s not enabled, go to Columns and enable the ‘Menu Order’ field.
  5. You can also filter by using Advanced Search and update the value for the filtered results.
  6. You can also export the entire search result or selected records using Export CSV.

Note: Bulk Edit & Export CSV functionalities are available in the Pro version only.
